The Make Group completed the commercial construction of this Mr. Sub franchise location in Strathmore, Alberta. The project involved the full interior fit-out of a quick-service restaurant designed to meet national franchise standards while supporting efficient day-to-day operations and high customer turnover.

The space was planned to optimize front-of-house service flow and back-of-house functionality. The build incorporated branded finishes, durable flooring, integrated lighting, and a streamlined service counter designed for speed and visibility.
