What is our Program
- 4-storey, 51,966 s.f. apartment with 51 one-or two-bedroom suites
- Located in an existing complex, the goal was to create a design that harmonized with the adjacent buildings and added character to the area
- Serene blues, subtle greys, and warm beige materials enhanced the building’s articulation and created a visual interplay of textures
- Features heavy timber beams that exude strength, while stone cladding adds a timeless touch to the design
- Rectangular design elements gracefully surround the building and ensure that balconies and windows seamlessly integrate with the overall design
- Includes one level of underground concrete parking
